"Refund process isn’t as smooth as it used to be"
I returned my order and ended up having to follow up twice before the refund finally came through. It did get sorted in the end, but the wait was frustrating. I’ve had better experiences with them before, so this definitely felt like they’ve slipped a bit.
"Color was totally different than expected"
I ordered this set because the photos made it look like a soft pink, but what showed up was much more of a dusty orange. To be fair, colors can vary a little with lighting or screens, but this felt way too far off from what was advertised. The return process was also more annoying than it should’ve been. I’d be hesitant to buy again if the color matters.

"Cute, but honestly overpriced"
I mean, the stuff is cute. Really cute. But once I got it, I was kind of like… this is it? The quality just doesn’t feel like it matches the price at all. Nice to look at, sure. But way too expensive for what you actually get.

"I was excited when my order showed up..."
I was excited when my order showed up, but once I opened the package, I realized they’d sent the wrong size. Kind of frustrating since it wasn’t what I ordered and now I have to deal with getting it fixed.
"Super comfy, but the wait was annoying"
I’ll admit, once it finally arrived, I really liked it. It feels soft and comfortable all day, which is great, but I was frustrated with how long I had to wait for it. The straps could sit a little better too, and for the price, I kind of expected that part to be perfect.

"customer service was just okay"
i had to reach out to customer service about a problem with my order, and it took longer than i thought it would to hear back. they did eventually respond and helped get it sorted, but i had to follow up a couple times first. not a horrible experience, just kind of frustrating. i still like the site, but the support could definitely be faster.

I checked again and pretty much everything I liked was sold out. It’s frustrating because I was hoping it would be better than last time, but...
"Exchange was a bit slower than expected"
I actually liked what I ordered, but I ended up needing a different size. The exchange process worked out in the end, but it felt a little slow and wasn’t super clear at the beginning. Customer service did get back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it left me feeling like the process could be smoother and less stressful

"Expected better fabric for the price"
Felt let down by this. Fabric was thinner and scratchier than I expected, especially for the price. Washed it once and already looked kind of worn out. Really disappointed.

"Cute stuff... but wow, the shipping took forever!!"
The items are really cute!! I liked what I got, but the delivery was soooo slow... like, way longer than I expected!!! Definitely happy with the products, but the shipping time was frustrating.

"Website was sorta frustrating to use"
I tried shopping on fleurdumal.com, but the whole experience was sorta annoying. Pages were loading slowly, the filters kept acting weird, and a few items I clicked on didn’t open the way I expected. The cart also felt a bit clunky, and I kept having to go back and forth more than I wanted. For the prices, I feel like the site should be a lot smoother. I ended up giving up before checking out.

"Sizing was a total guessing game"
I ordered my usual size and even checked the size chart like a responsible little shopper, but this thing still fit like it had its own agenda. The band was way too tight, while the cups were just hanging out loose doing absolutely nothing. Super awkward and not flattering at all. For the price, I expected a lot better than this sizing circus. Definitely won’t be ordering again

"pretty site, nice style overall"
i really like the overall look of the site, especially the product photos. the lingerie styles feel modern without being too much, and it’s easy to get a sense of the fit and little details.
the only thing i noticed is that a few pages loaded kind of slowly on my phone. i also wish some of the colors were shown a bit more clearly, but overall the design feels really nice

I wanted to like it, but the fabric started getting loose quickly. For the price, I expected it to hold its shape better, so I wouldn’t say it was worth it for me

I ordered a bra and underwear set from Fleur du Mal because it looked so online, when I opened the package, I was excited at first. The design was really cute and it definitely had that fancy feel visually, but once I actually picked it up and tried it on, the quality didn’t feel as luxe as I expected for the price. The fabric was thinner than I thought it would be, and I noticed a few loose threads in the stitching right away.
I was hoping it would grow on me, but after just one gentle wash, the shape already felt a little off. One of the straps started twisting in a weird way too, which was frustrating because I was being careful with it. It’s definitely pretty, and I get the appeal, but for what it costs, I expected it to hold up a lot better. I’m not sure I’d take the chance on buying from them again.

"Pretty items, but the packaging was rough"
I was expecting nicer packaging for the price. The box showed up a little crushed, and the tissue paper inside was literally all over the place, like someone packed it in a hurry. Thankfully nothing was damaged, but it didn’t feel that special to open. For a site like Fleur du Mal, I figured it would’ve been handled with a bit more care.
